›Is takhiOS really Arch?

Yes — it is Arch Linux under the hood. pacman, AUR and the Arch Wiki all apply.

›What is bcachefs?

A next-gen copy-on-write filesystem with native encryption, snapshots and tiered storage.

›Does it work on old machines?

Yes — BIOS/CSM and UEFI boot from the same image, so a 20-year-old laptop works.

›What about NVIDIA?

Modern cards use nvidia-open; older cards fall back to the open-source nouveau driver.

›How do I install it?

Flash the .img to USB, boot it, and run the guided web installer.

›How do I verify the download?

Compute the SHA256 and compare it to the value on the Download page.
