Trademark and Name Usage

1. Claimed names

The author claims the following names and any associated logos, as used in this project:

UIL, UIL Labs, takhiOS, UIL Installer, UIL VM Manager, UIL Backup, UIL Locker, UIL SecAdvisor, and Cellang.

No registered trademark is asserted here; these are claimed project names used to identify the author’s work. Nothing in this document is a representation that any mark is registered.

2. Permitted use

You may use the names factually and in good faith to:

  • refer to these projects in text, articles, talks, reviews and tutorials;
  • link to releases and repositories;
  • package or mirror the software as allowed by its licence, including packaging for takhiOS;
  • state accurately that your work is based on, compatible with, or derived from these projects.

Permitted use must not suggest endorsement where none exists.

3. Prohibited use

You may not:

  • imply that the author endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with you or your product;
